Furness Repair Studio services and supplies Primary, Secondary Schools and Colleges throughout Australia. We also service the needs of Community Bands, Defence Service Bands, and numerous professional musicians and teachers.

Furness Repair Studio is owned and operated by Andrea Jelleff. Andrea holds a degree in teaching (B.Ed sec. in Music, University of Melbourne), has been a professional musician in the Defence Services for 10 years, and has over 10 years experience as a Woodwind Instrument Repair Technician (formal training under Paul Donnelly). Andrea has been a member of NAPBIRT(National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians), since 1998.

Andrea's experience as a teacher, coordinator and band director has allowed her to have a clear understanding of the necessity for robust instruments in good condition and the budgetry constraints that are placed upon departments. As a performer, she knows the fine adjustments that allow an instrument to play to it's full potential-not to mention peace of mind for the musician performing in the concert! Andrea's proficiency as a music educator and performer is complimented by many years of repairing woodwind instruments in Australia.
